Wind

Riding a bike
Wind through her hair
Smiling so carefree
Never knowing
She wouldn't be going
Home
Did she know what was happening?
Did she see it coming?
The darkness
The danger
Did she try to run?
Did she try to scream?
Drop the bike
Wind through her hair
Face frozen in terror
Never knowing
If someone would be there
Faster towards safety
Home
What did she think?
What did she feel?
It's hard to imagine
It doesn't feel real
Why was she alone?
Why did I leave?
I went
Home
She is my sister
I didn't have to leave
She was just a child
She shouldn't have to be scared
When riding a bike
Wind through her hair

  1. Very deep, emotional, you did good writing this. I strongly believe no matter where she is whether she is alive or in heaven she does not Blame you for leaving her alone. It wasn't your fault this happened. She will forever be with you.

  2. Hi my name is Mary. On may 15th I was down at the bus stop around 6:12 am and 6:55 am. Then a suspicious green truck model of it was a titan v8 approached the bus stop. It has its turning blinker on but it didn't turn anywhere. When my usual male bus riders that I catch the bus with came to the bus stop. The vehicle left. After I was done work. I did an internet search your sisters pictures is similar to me. please contact me through email me at mcatcurly2009@gmail.com
